Born in the U.S. and raised in Brazil, Rebecca moved back to the States in 2019 in search of a better quality of life. During that time, God encountered her and began taking her on a powerful spiritual journey that deepened her faith. Rebecca has always had a passion for mission work and a heart for people, going on her first mission trip to Kenya through Heroes of the Nation and Kings Church NYC in November 2023.

She was also miraculously healed through prayer from a heart murmur she was born with, and now feels called to help others find healing as well. In 2025, she completed Basic and Advanced Sozo Training through Bethel Church, Redding, CA, and serves in that capacity as an IHDR Practitioner alongside her husband at BDTC. And she also feels called to bring freedom to others in areas such as bullying, sexual abuse, and self-esteem, reflecting her journey of healing.

In 2024, Rebecca met her future husband after he experienced a radical encounter with the Lord. She had the privilege of witnessing his growth in faith, even as God was bringing her into deeper healing and a renewed understanding of healthy and Godly relationships and God’s goodness. On January 16, 2025, she married Michael, and they are currently expecting their first child.
