Steve and Patty Ramos serve as Marriage and Couples Nouthetic Counselors and Relationship Coaches at By Design Transformation Center, where they bring over two decades of wisdom, compassion, and Christ-centered guidance to couples in all seasons of life. Married for 23 years, Steve and Patty understand the dynamics of building a strong, blended family and are passionate about helping others experience healing, restoration, and growth in their relationships.

With over 10 years of ministry experience, the Ramos' have faithfully served in a wide range of leadership roles, including Pastoral Care, Connect Group leadership, Men's and Women's ministries, discipleship, and more. They currently serve on the altar team, men's and women's ministry teams, and co-lead a couples discipleship group alongside the founders of By Design Transformation Center, Harry and Jennifer Fox.

Both Steve and Patty are graduates of Freedomhouse Bible College, holding Associate of Arts degrees in Biblical Studies. Steve has also served as a Chaplain and is currently employed with the Bob Hope Veterans Support Program, where he plays a key role in outreach and supporting the mental health of veterans.

They are actively pursuing Board Certification in both Mental Health Coaching and Biblical Counseling to further equip themselves in their calling. Whether walking alongside couples facing challenges or mentoring those preparing for marriage, Steve and Patty are deeply committed to helping others cultivate God-honoring, lasting relationships rooted in truth, grace, and transformation.
